PROGRAM COORDINATOR for Family Resource Center. Duties include organizing multi-service center activities, collaborating w/various provider agencies and organizations, assisting school district with resource & referral information; requires BA or Masters Degree and moderate Spanish speaking capability. Excellent management/supervisory & public relation skills including oral and written communications, and ability to work within a public school setting. Understanding of family systems focused therapy helpful. Must be able to demonstrate flexibility, humor, and effective problem solving ability. Salary range: $28,000-$32,000 – depending on qualifications; plus medical and dental benefits.

Summary: The Development Director will provide leadership, strategic initiative, and management of all fund-raising efforts and create and coordinate programs to increase the organization's support. Specifically, this project will help with the start up of another youth shelter located in Albany, Oregon, that will replicate the existing youth shelter programs currently being provided at our Corvallis shelter.
