Starting Wage: This is a ¾-time position for nine months with an approximate hourly pay of $16.50 per hour depending on experience. There is potential for permanent employment at the end of the nine month project.
Summary: The Development Director will provide leadership, strategic initiative, and management of all fund-raising efforts and create and coordinate programs to increase the organization's support. Specifically, this project will help with the start up of another youth shelter located in Albany, Oregon, that will replicate the existing youth shelter programs currently being provided at our Corvallis shelter.
