My Aunt and Uncle have two rooms they are looking to rent to females.

*400 a month: includes utitilies, tv/cable (tv in your own room), internet connection, washer/dryer is available in their home that you can use
*Located Walnut and Hwy 99
*They prefer a six month lease, but would do month to month. However, they would need a 30 day notice before you move out.
*You would share a bathroom with the other renter.

My Aunt does daycare out of their home and is employed by the State. With that said, a criminal background check will be required.
